The ROSCO M68K SMD Assembled Edition is a compact, pre-built version of the rosco_m68k computer — fully assembled, tested, and ready to run.
Components in this kit are genuine vintage parts — most are 30+ years old. The CPU may have surface scratches, and other ICs may have worn or faded markings. This is normal for chips of this age and does not affect functionality. All components are tested and verified working

To reduce the overall cost, the USB-C port is power-only — there is no USB-UART bridge, so UART communication works exclusively through the dedicated serial header.
⚡ Important Power Note
Because the board does not include a USB-C negotiation/handshake chip, not all USB-C chargers will work.
Many modern smartphone chargers expect proper USB-C power negotiation and will not supply power.
Powering from a computer’s USB-C port works correctly.
“Dumb” USB-C power adapters (that don’t require negotiation) will also work normally.
This board is ideal for users who want a fully assembled rosco_m68k experience without soldering, while keeping costs accessible.
